ACCOUNT OR USERNAME CHANGES

Please let us know if you change your username or move to a different account! This makes it much easier for us to find you and prevents us from losing track of who claimed what. If you will be deleting or deactivating your account while you have an order with us, please let us know another way we can contact you about your order!


CLAIMS AND PAYMENT

  • Payment is always through PayPal and should always be sent via Goods and Services!

  • After we message you about a claim, you have 24 hours to reply. If 24 hours pass without a response, you will receive a warning message. If we still don't receive a reply 24 hours after the warning, you will lose your claim(s) and receive a strike (more information below). We understand that things happen and life can get busy, but please don't ignore messages! We will always do our best to work things out as long as there is proper communication.

  • Backing out of a claim after we message you for payment will result in a strike.

  • If you aren't able to send payment right away or would like us to hold an item for you, please let us know when we contact you for payment! Unless a hold or different time frame is discussed, payment is expected when we ask for it. We are usually able to wait if needed, but please communicate with us if you need more time! Failure to send payment without communication will cause you to lose your claim and receive a strike.


STRIKES

Anyone who receives 3 strikes will be blocked. You can receive a strike for doing any of the following:

  • Failing to respond or send payment within a reasonable time frame,

  • Backing out of a claim,

  • Rudeness (using strong language, intentionally starting conflict, spreading false information, etc; can result in an instant block), and/or

  • Wasting our time (messaging us without the intention of making a purchase, trolling, etc; can result in an instant block).

Strikes are cumulative, not per admin. This means that even if your 2nd strike is with a different admin than the 1st, you still have 2 strikes total.


REFUNDS

  • Partial refunds may be given for items that arrived damaged or otherwise not as described as a result of our own negligence. For example, you can receive a refund if your items weren't properly packaged or if there's damage on an item that you weren't properly informed about.

  • That being said, we never give full refunds simply because a buyer no longer wants an item or needs the money back. Refunds are difficult to give out because we use sales to fund our splits. Please remember that claiming and paying for an item is a commitment!


PRE-ORDERS

  • Payment for pre-orders is due at a specified time, usually shortly before the items release. This time will be listed in the caption in each pre-order post. Everyone who claimed a pre-order item is expected to be able to send payment when it is due. There will usually be a window between when we ask for payment and when it's due (such as a week or 10 days). A lot of the time we can be flexible, as long as there's proper communication!

  • Failure to pay for a pre-order will result in a strike and a pre-order ban. Once someone receives a pre-order ban, they can no longer claim any pre-order items from either admin. Posts marked as a pre-order in the caption are included in this ban, but posts marked as splits or in-stock (which typically require payment upon claiming) can still be claimed from.

  • In cases where a partial deposit is required to secure your claim, this deposit will not be refunded if you are unable to complete the rest of the payment. These deposits are non-refundable and are a way of making sure buyers stay committed to orders.


KEEP IN MIND

  • Splits may often take time to arrive. Some of our splits are ordered through a proxy, and we wait for multiple orders to arrive so we can combine shipping and save money. Pre-orders are typically ordered in monthly batches, and we wait for all of our pre-orders in that month to arrive before having everything shipped out. When available, we may choose a slower (but still reliable) shipping method to save funds. We will always do our best to keep everyone updated about arrivals, but shipments may not always arrive as soon as expected. Estimated arrival times are usually included in the captions of our posts.

  • We're both still people with our own lives and responsibilities, so please keep this in mind if we aren't able to reply or ship things out right away. We always try our best to move as quickly as possible, but sometimes life can get in the way. No matter what, we will always keep everyone updated as best we can! Our DMs are always open, so please feel free to send us a message if you have any questions.

  • We recieve a lot of DMs, and though we do our best to answer all of them, sometimes we may miss a message if it gets lost in our inbox. If you feel this may have happened to you, please send another message to bump your conversation to the top of the list rather than leaving a comment. We will respond as soon as we can!

  • Please note that there are two separate admins; one admin posting a split or an update does not mean that the other admin is online or able to answer messages at that time. The admin who created each post is always listed in the caption. Any posts made by either admin are not reflective of whether we are available at that time to answer every message.

Shipping

We currently only offer shipping to the US and Canada.


SHIPPING WITHIN THE US

  • The buyer always pays shipping, and shipping prices are not included in the item price.

  • Shipping with admin june starts at $5 for most items, or $6+ for heavier orders (such as more than one Re-Ment).

  • Shipping with admin Hoshino☆ starts at $6 for most items, or ~$8 for larger items (such as Nesoberi).

  • Both admins use First Class Mail for US packages under 1 lb, and Priority Mail for heavier packages.

  • We always do our best to package your items as safely as possible. If an item arrives damaged due to improper packaging, then you will receive compensation. However, once USPS has your package, it is out of our hands. We aren't responsible for damage caused by USPS/the postal service, and lost packages will not be refunded.

  • We can offer open orders within the US for up to 3 months upon request. Unless you ask for an open order, we will assume you want your items to be shipped according to schedule, so please let us know!


SHIPPING TO CANADA

  • The only country outside the US we are able to ship to is Canada.

  • Shipping to Canada starts at about $15 USD and includes a tracking number. With USPS, once the weight of the package reaches 8 ounces, the cost increases to more than $20. UPS also has some options available, which can be cheaper than USPS, depending on the weight of the package. We will do our best to keep packages light and choose cheaper shipping methods where we can, but unfortunately we have no control over the costs.

  • We can offer open orders for buyers in Canada. This way, you can fill up an order over time, instead of paying the full $15 to ship just one or two items.

  • Outgoing packages will be marked as "merchandise" on the customs form, not as "gift."

  • Any customs fees or other costs that arise during transit are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Packages typically take about 2 weeks to arrive, but they can take longer. Please keep in mind that there may be delays that cause a package to arrive later expected.

  • As stated above, we always do our best to package your items as safely as possible. If an item arrives damaged due to improper packaging, then you will receive compensation. SHIPPING TIME

  • We ask that buyers please allow 1-3 weeks after items arrive for us to ship packages. We are both very busy and have daily responsibilities outside of this account. We always do our best to work as quickly as we are able to, but especially if there is a large volume of orders, it can be difficult to find enough time to get everything finished. It's not always possible to ship packages as soon as the items are in our hands. We will be sure to communicate if there will be further delays, but please keep in mind that under normal circumstances, it can take up to 3 weeks for packages to be shipped!
